Harvard University Study Finds Eating 2 Servings of Peaches a Week Can Reduce the Risk of Certain Types of Breast Cancer by 40%

Recently released study by Harvard’s School of Public Health and Department of Nutrition looked at more than 75,000 women over the course of 24 years found that women who increase their fruit and vegetable intake, including eating 2 servings of peaches a week, can reduce breast cancer risk by 40%.
